YARJB (yet another railjack bug): Intrinsics not being earned while piloting with operator

I like piloting my railjack in operator mode... because. However, I DON'T like not earning intrinsics while I do so. Not sure why it happens, I can certainly earn affinity for my amp by railjacking in operator form, but for some reason it doesn't translate into intrinsics (at least with a max-rank amp).

edit: And no, this is unrelated to the visual UI bug where the end of mission screen doesn't display your intrinsic gains. I checked my intrinsics after getting back to the drydock, after running a full RJ mission in operator mode. Just to test, I then ran another mission using my frame to pilot, and earned intrinsics as usual.
