Larvaling did not give the proper finisher prompt

TL:DR I accidentally'd a Lich because I habit-tapped finisher because the marker showed up. I thought this was removed, and you had to HOLD finisher down to kill the Larvaling. It was as soon as they were going down from hitting 0HP.

 

Any chance we can get a fix for this? And maybe delete my Lich if possible? I'd no intent to get another Lich so being smacked with the lack of the hold to actually make a Lich was unexpected.
