Umbra Forma gone / Are 2 Umbra Formas on a frame possible? (except U-Excal)

So i bought an umbra forma frome teshin and put it on mesa.
It would be the second one on her. But when i used the forma it didn't got me to the mod slot selection window for the forma but to the mod window instead...
now 150 SE are gone and the forma and my mesa is r0, too. It feels like beeing punished for playing that game...

is that a know bug? does anyone know where i can get help with that?

Teshin sells a Blueprint, did you craft it?

It sounds like you might have simply used a regular Forma, and then chosen one of the options for either
removing the selected slot's Polarity (hexagon with no Polarity symbol in it) or keeping it as-is (no hexagon at all),
which, if used on a non-polarized slot, would give the same result, no Polarity change, (regular) Forma used, unranked Frame.

i used my aura forma and wondered why i couldnt choose a new polarity
