Description : You are a fisherman, not a warrior, the enemies underestimate you, and make fun of you. Show them who you really are, and show them that a book should never be judged by its cover.

Passive : Dissection

For executions, you will use the knife you use to fillet the fish, and this allows you to execute 100% lethal executions, when the enemy is below 35% of maximum HP.

Ability 1

Pond

Create a large pond that will passively regenerate life for allies. Interacting with the pond will get you a fish, which you will consume after a few seconds. The fish will heal you, and give you some random bonuses.

Cost : 25 (decrease with efficiency)

Duration : 60 seconds (increase with duration)

Range : 25 meters (increase with range)

Healing effect : 15 hp/s (increase with strenght)

Fish cost : 5 energy (reduce with efficiency)

Fish healing : 250 hp (increase with strenght)

Fish consumption time : 3.5 seconds (reduce with duration, and ability cast speed)

Fish buffs (max 3 buffs/fish) : +50 energy | +5 energy/s for 12 seconds | Next ability will cost 0 energy | Damage output + 150% | Melee weapon will deal +100% damage (100% slash damage) | 2nd ability +25% strenght | 3rd ability + 50% strenght and range | +25% critical chance for 20 seconds | + 50% critical damage for 20 seconds | +50% ammo efficiency for 20 seconds |  (all bonuses increase with strenght, and duration)

When an enemy bleeding, affected by the poison, gas, or electric status enters the pond, it will absorb that effect. The fish now caught will give you a special bonus based on the absorbed status, and any enemy that enters the pond will constantly suffer that status.

Bleed effect : Weapons will deal +25% slash damage for 20 seconds (increase with strenght)

Poison, gas, electric : Weapons will proc the status with 25% probability  (unaffected by mods)

Ability 2

Wear a vest made from the scales of the best fish and monsters of the deep you have ever caught. The vest will damage any enemies that melee attack you, or charge you, and will be able to partially protect you from damage.

Cost : 50 (decrease with efficiency)

Duration : 30 seconds ( increase with duration)

Damage reduction : 50% (increase with strenght, up to 90%)

Damage : 275 (50% slash | 50% puncture) (increase with strenght)

Ability 3

Bait

Cast a lure that will lure a monster from the depths, which will eat the lure, and any enemy in its vicinity, almost certainly killing them

Cost : 75 (reduce with efficiency)

Range : 12 meters (increase with range)

Damage : 5.750 ( 65% slash | 25% puncture | 10% impact ) (increase with strenght and range)

Ability 4

This is my boat

Summon your boat under your feet, and use it to move quickly across any land or water surface. Enemies hit by the boat will be thrown away. If necessary, you can create a wave under the boat(pressing space), which will allow you to rise in altitude, to reach every place without problems.

Cost : 100 (reduce with efficiency)

Duration : 120 seconds (increase with duration and strenght)

Bonus speed : +1.00 | +2.00 sprinting Increase with duration and strenght)

Wave height : 17 meters (increase with range and strenght)

Damage : 575 (100% impact) (increase with strenght)

Boat dimensions : 9 meters x 5 meters (increase with range)

 The only problems i see is that its just a buff to other frame's abilities. Ability 2 is just garuda's blood altar but better because faster healing. Ability 4 is just grendel's 4 but better. Ability 3 is just grendel's nourished armor but better because it protects against damage. Agility 2 is fine because its like venari but more offensive. I just think that this frame just needs a couple of tweaks so it doesn't make already bad frames worse.

What are you saying. Grendel's 4th turns him into a ball that rolls over him. This skill instead is designed to improve mobility. On the boat you could use weapons, and it would be physical, giving you the ability to have mates / allies on it, I don't understand how you connected it to Grendel's 4th.

well that is sort of worse because now Grendel doesn't even have a damage advantage, so this is better in every way. Just think about it. Staggers/knocks down people, higher mobility, and you can have weapons on it, which means you don't even have to touch them, you just shoot them. So to sum it up, a CC with lots of Damage
