Cache location Unreachable in Plains of Eidolon and No caves appearing on map

One of the caches in this cave is not reachable. And as a side note, sometimes none of the caves show up on my map despite all of them be discovered and the same thing happens to me in the Orb Vallis. I'm not sure what causes it since when I left the plains and cetus and went back, they appeared on my map again.

3/3/21 Edit: It seems that when I enter Cetus, fast travel to Konzu, and run out into the plains, the names of locations and cave locations are no longer visible on the map. However, when using navigation to head to the plains directly, the map works as intended.

Not a bug. There's machinery nearby that will pump out the water.

That's it. Thanks. Considering that most cache hunts are just run around and listen for them, as a suggestion a sound hint around the pump when it's inactive or some other mechanic would be helpful.
