Valkyr's 4 Hysteria Bugged out! Weapon switch Locked/Confused/Can't use her Claws, and no longer invincible..

Recently I noticed that when playin as Valkyr when I activate Hysteria, sometimes it will randomly switch to my regular Melee and I can't get back to the her exalted claws until the timer runs out when I can recast.
Even more frustrating still is the fact that she is no longer invincible when this happens!!!
The Hysteria timer will be running, but Ill be stuck with my sword and can still die...
The only way so far I figured out how to fix this is to recast hysteria, but to do that I have to wait till the timer runs out....

PLEASE HALP!!!!
