Not sure about that, I only know that I die if I cast Tornado. And that, if I were a game developer, I'd priotize fixing bugs where the abilities I designed kill the player instead of the enemy over bugs where players get more loot than intended, to the point that they actually care enough to play the new update.

Because if you make your game less rewarding AND unfairly kill the player all the damn time, people might start to wonder why the #*!% they even bother.

The new Armaments apparently still scrap for 25 Endo. Is it that #*!%ing hard to add the missing digit? Apparently DE doesn't give 2 scaps, just nerf the things people actually enjoy.
