[FIXED]Synth mod set bonus loses effectiveness after warframe dies/revives itself

When a player dies/revives themselves while Synth Deconstruct and/or Synth Fiber is/are equipped, the set bonus is reduced as though they aren't equipped (although to a minimum of as if only one synth mod were equipped) regardless of whether the companion is still alive or not. The mods themselves, aside from the set bonus, still seem to function fine.

This can be quite troubling to those seeking to make good use of the set bonus in tougher missions.

There's a big difference between 10% per second and 20% per second and I'd really like to not be stuck with the former when I'm alone in a Steel Path mission or something.
