Cannot use Railjack Middle ability

Upon the release of call of the tempestarii, the Middle ability for the Railjack doesn't do anything anymore. I've tried re-mapping and changing to two different abilities. All to no avail.

I dont like how they caged us in by taking away certain choices we used to have either. But, I may have a remedy for your boggle. If you are trying to use the particle ram, hold ability btn (LB) and press x. This should select the p. ram. Then, press the ability btn again. This should activate the ram. Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue. I put different mods in the middle ability slot (the one that is activated with an "X") and I cant use it at all. I have asked many players about it, and all of them have the same issue.

 

Only one told me he can use it, but he said he had to rearrange the bottom asignation, but that was the only case. None of the other people can use this ability. Pls help fixing this.

I'm not playing on console so my suggestion might not work.

 

I've read about this issue a lot of times on the forum already, you can supposedly fix it by going into your railjack control settings (different from the normal ones) and resetting them back to the default ones.
