GA-17Balder Posted May 21, 2021 Share Posted May 21, 2021 Dear customer service, when I was in the armory, I displayed "unable to complete the configuration, the required amount has not been charged, please try again later." After that, I tried again many times, but I was unable to polarize. When I logged out for the second time, I found that the forma I had bought earlier disappeared. Platinum has also been deducted. At first, I thought it was a problem with the software or my computer. Then I switched to another computer to log in. The situation still exists.
