It also happened to me just after i updated game for the dog days event..what fixed it for me was i cold booted my xbox = keep your finger pressed on the button on the front of your xbox until it shuts down..then unplug it for few mins..then turn back on and boot up as normal. give it a go it may work for you too,Goodluck Tenno.
