Riven mod glitched

After cycling a riven mod I traded for, the riven became glitched. In my mod collection all of its stats appear to be fine, but once I begin modding my Nukor, its stats are lowered to their base and it’s only applying the base stat bonuses, as is evidenced by the base ammo capacity being 77 and the riven increasing that to 92 or 19.9%, the same percentage on the riven, pictures attached. The mod isn't glitched, this is the intended behaviour.

Rivens that apply to multiple weapons, have different stats on the weapons, depending on how many people frequently use the weapon.

The Nukor has a Riven disposition of 1.45, which is pretty close to the max disposition a weapon can have, making the Rivens for it have really high stats when viewed in the mod inventory.

The Kuva Nukor has a Riven disposition of 0.5, which is the lowest a Riven can get, at this disposition it's very difficult to get stats that make the Riven worth slotting into your gun.
