Golden Instinct Bug/Syndicate Medallion Bug: Medallion spawned inside wall/Golden Instinct Pathing error

Location: Rescue, Corpus Tileset, Syndicate Mission for Red Veil 

 

**What Happened**: I am looking for syndicate medallions during a red veil rescue mission. I am in the rescue room of the new corpus tileset. Both according to the map and to the golden instinct, the medallion has spawned inside the wall. That, or the golden instinct's pathing is broken.

I can confirm that it is not in the secret vent above this location either. When standing in the vent, the map claims the medallion is below me. 

 

 

**How to reproduce:** I suppose you'd have to keep doing rescue syndicate missions on this corpus tileset until the medallion took this location again.

was about to post a bug report for this too. Happen to me just some minutes ago. I clean all container and stuff that could show like a medallion and it's the only one i could not go. No entry,hidden passage are visible to go there.
