Bug: I have vitality mote from wisp specter but it seem like the buff not working well

when i stayed in the circle of vitality mote, the maximum health of Nekros was not increased and when i used skill 3 of nekros with the augement, the health keep decreasing and there was no healing from the mote at that time

Maybe if you included a video or something showing no mote, and then with the mote active.

The 2 screenshots just show you have the Vitality mote in both, but there's no way to see your max health or your health regen.
