Unable to log in account because of mailbox and verification code problems


Dilemmaaaaaaaa

Question

Unable to receive the email verification code in time. I wanted to change the binding email but the customer service didn't reply. The support didn't reply for 3 days. I couldn't play the game for several consecutive days.The necessary information to change the bound mailbox has been provided.Can someone help me? ID:#2585133

Contacting support would probably be your best bet. None of us can really do much regarding your issue, but support will eventually get back to you as they occasionally take a bit depending on the amount of workload they have. Depending how many times you've tried to verify your email I'd probably say try having your email open and on hand when sending a verification, and make sure to check your spam/important section if you don't see it.
