[Warframe Concept]Miko - A Shaman Warframe

As there is a necromancer (Nekros) in the game, why not a Japanese shaman?

Miko is a female warfarme who takes a supportive role in the team.

(The word "miko" is a kind of priest/shaman in Japan and I cannot come up with good descriptions of the word and the warframe because of bad English, really sorry about that. Check this out on wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miko)

 

Stat:

 

Health:100 max 300

Shield:150 max 450

Power:100 max 300

Armor:10

 

Shield recharge:22.5

Sprint Speed:1.1

 

Polarities: 4x =, 2x -

Aura slot: -

 

Skills

1: Plasma Arrow (25 energy):

Miko fires a plasma arrow (towards the recticle)and

-does 100/200/350/500 physical impact damage, affected by ability strength

-enemies behind will be damaged when enemy is killed, just like the Paris and other bows

(The idea comes from the azusayumi used by mikos, a special kind of bow being used in the ceremonies of some important days, which is not actually a weapon.)

 

2: Blinding Flash(35 energy)

Miko release a bird origami, after flying for 1.5 seconds or the origami hits an object, it

-release a blinding flash(like Radial Blind of Exca) that strikes all enemies withthin 5/7/9/12 in-game meters,affected by  ability range

-initial stun enemies for 3 seconds (NOT affected by ability duration), and leaving them blind for and additional 1/3/5/8  seconds, affected by duration

-the path can be controlled, like Nova's Antimatter Drop with a similar speed

(Basically it is and flash grenade in the shape of an origami. This actually comes form the shikigami used by onmyouji, not miko)

 

3: Possession (75 energy)

Miko selects an ally in 15/20/35/50 meters, affected by ability range

-boosts damage by 15%/25%/45%/70% for 9/12/14/18 seconds, affected by ability strength and duration

-if no ally was selected, Miko herself gains the buff

-cannot recast when someone is being possessed

 

4: Kekkai (100 energy)

Miko sets up a shrine/totem/beacon that

-increase the allies' shield by 40%/60%/80%/100% with 20%/30%/40%/50% damage received reduced, both affected by ability strength

-having a radius of 10/13/16/20 in-game meter AoE around the shrine/totem/beacon, affected by ability range

-the shrine/totem/beacon last for 20 seconds, NOT affected by abilty duration

-can place multiple shrine/totem/beacon at a time

(This one also come from onmyouji, the onmyouji change the environment in order to benefit the country, like Feng Shui in China)

This is nice, going around the offense-support role.

 

 

But...

I keep seeing these specified maxes in almost all the concepts. Why not simply 3 times the base statistics?

i simply forgot the max stats should be 3 times as the base stat and i didn't want it to be too OP
