I found warlord problem hot, we need to be able to vote-kick system, like in other games.

I mean only warlord can start the voting  and this should be like buttons in dojo :

The vote of a day YES NO buttons in room )) Shuold be nnice

 

Anyone who dislike this?

I think you may need to re-type this, I don't understand what exactly the problem is, or what your suggestion is.

Are you trying to start a revolt against a warlord by creating a vote system. The clans will break apart in no time and the clan system will cease to work.

 

I agree that there are some clans out there that have inactive/bad warlords and there can be a system to fix this issue. For inactive warlord, DE should have the power to remove that inactive warlord from position and automatically appoint the next highest ranked member in the clan as the new warlord. As for a bad warlord, a system can be created where the warlord can be removed from position by clan members and a new warlord can be assigned, however, the original warlord still controls the clan via observer position (ex. queen of England who holds no government power, best i could come up with) and if the original warlord wants to make a change in the clan, he needs to send a request to the new warlord an the new warlord can decide if he wants to implement it. Also if the clan members think the original warlord has improved and stuff, they vote again and make him the leader.

They can create a new rank too: a warlord in second wich has the same capacities of the warlord. So if the warlord is inactive, the clan won't have any troubes with that.
