[Thermia Fissures] Why is there no designated Bounty at Eudico?

I want to do the Thermia-Event in Orb Vallis but everytime I try to cue for the event via the Event-Tab i just get thrown into random grps who are just fishing-mining/doing other stuff.

Is it so hard to make this event like the Ghoul-Event, where I can jsut click a button and I get grouped with players who want do do the same event as me?
