Shooting the Quellor's Alt-Fire force procs impact ONLY on the target hit, and not in an AoE as it's supposed to. As a result, only the enemy that is hit gets procced by slash (using internal bleeding), and not anyone else. I have tried this with a full build AND without any mods, but it doesn't work. I have confirmed with a friend on PC that this bug does not exist. ie it is working as intended there. This is severely handicapping the scope of the weapon, please fix.
