The clan rank depends of the number of people that the clan can hold.

i know but. does it the prize's of the rooms apply when i built the barracks or when we reach the player limit?

The raise in price occurs as soon as you build the barracks.

If you built a mountain clan barracks, you would have to not only spend as much as other mountain clans, but also you would have to compete against other mountain clans for event prowess.

 

Also, for exp, I'd reccomend a good Infested Survival/Defense.

Because Xini on Eris houses plenty of the good resources, I usually go there for training or ranking.
