Titania blackscreen in Ropalolyst fight

When travelling to the objective in razorwing form, titania prime gets stuck in her pixie form even when not flying. Upon arriving at the objective, the first round works fine, but when I try to grab the Ropalolyst a second time, it sinks down, falling off the map, resulting in a black screen that I can't get out of. The only option is to abort the mission or wait for the team to finish it. Once the fight is over, everything returns to normal and I can go to extraction. Titania randomly turns invisible in parts during this. This happened several times in a row now.
