Open World Bounty Balancing (Spoilers)

First, I need to leave a few words of praise. The New War quest was absolutely exceptional and I am really looking forward to the Duviri Paradox. The quest stayed unpredictable until the end, I had no issues whatsoever, everything worked as intended.

That said, the New War post quest content requires us to return to Cetus and Fortuna bounties for an extensive amount of time, which in itself is fine. But especially the Cetus bounties to this day suffer from major balancing issues. 

-When having to defend an area, that area is so large, that the quest often turns into an unhealthy game of hide-and-seek, that we are pretty much destined to loose. The only way to somewhat consistently complete it, is to use a Voidrig and spam the fourth ability...

-Missions that require a high kill count (Rout the enemy, Lure out the assassination target etc.) often end up with insufficient enemy count to complete the objective within the time frame. 70% of the time I fail the bonus on luring out the assassination target, because there are only 5 enemies in the area, with more refusing to spawn until the 1 Minute timer has run out.

-The excavator missions on Fortuna often times take a loooong time to spawn the necessary energy cell enemies. Regular star chart excavation missions are completed quicker than the excavation missions on Fortuna (and Deimos!).

-Maybe speed up the Drone escort mission a little bit and while we are at it, maybe review some of the bounty missions' length.
