I used to get one cell in each 2-3 runs, now I'm getting two cells for 5-7 runs. in all honesty, i think people are just "feeling" that, and thats the end of it. the drop rates are no better or worse. gambler's fallacy in maximum over drive yo. i use to run ruk a bit myself. would almost never get cells. if i was lucky, in about 20 runs, i would get maybe 1-2 cells. running surv, i would get 3-5 every few runs. either way, the drop rates are terrible. come to this weekend: after 3 surv runs, i got about 30 cells from running em. the first run dropping 15 cells.
