Sortie Raptor boss power cell refused to explode once dropped down well. infinite mission stall. fixed itself after mission restart.

not sure if it had anything to do with slowva abilities.
Either way, this power cell stayed down the well...and didn't explode. No more raptors spawned.

I stared at it for a full minute and aborted.
