Do we ever get a sale in the market? I know there's the discount coupons when you buy platinum. I mean something along the line of "Christmas Sales" etc.

Ex. 15 plat for Warframe slot, 10% off plat prices on market weapons, etc.

 

I just started playing Warframe, if I buy something in the marketplace and it turns out around Christmas it's going to be on sale, it would suck.

there haven't really been any major "holidays" warranting a sale (black friday, christmas) during the lifetime of the game (to my understanding. I don't think it was even in closed beta last christmas). so we don't know. we can speculate, and it would be nice, but DE hasn't announced any christmas sales yet (as well they shouldn't, since we're barely into november). I think some of the founders packs or starter packs were discounted through steam during the summer, but DE hasn't had anything in-game apart from darvo's short stint at running a black market and occasional bundles at discounted platinum costs
