First time I was doing a T2 Isolation Vault, we opened up the hole in the middle of the room and i dropped down to find a necramech lying there so I entered it. Next I attempted to have it destroyed for extra parts but i found myself stuck in operator mode but fortunately my team extracted and I went back to normal. Second time I did the same (I'm farming for a necramech) but this time I entered some sort of free camera view. No character model, no health or shields, no buttons worked, chat wouldn't pop up and the Esc button didn't do anything. I was with one other person that couldn't leave on their own as getting to the gates didn't initiate a countdown. All I could do was move around and Sprint/Dash. Doors in the Isolation Vault would open for me and the environment/walls with inclination would push me up. Holding Left Control slowly lowered me to the ground.
