Warframe / operator can be stuck in revive animation

Hi.

When trying to revive a fallen squadmate, my warframe / operator can be stuck in revive animation with the revive progress also being stuck and the squadmate unable to revive themself (and even in this case, my operator can still be stuck waiting to be killed.)

It seems to be happening when a radiation status proc', since it may be supposed to prevent reviving between teamates, even if such an action is already in progress.
(but can also happen to an operator in void mode, which should protect the operator from such status proc...)
