Unable to capture "Capture-mission Target", or scan simaris targets without reseting by falling off the map

Frequency: occasionally. Not always

Examples:

1) Jupiter capture:

• "Downed" capture target has no interact option, instantly regens full hp & shields, is invulnerable, and keeps flying around.
• Although the icon on it does change to the standard yellow.
• I jump off the map, it goes back to normal: they're in a downed position on flat ground with the correct health depletion, such that there's now a capture command.

2) Simaris synthesis target has no glowing spots; cannot scan. (Ancient Disruptor)

• Correct name, and has the yellow things that float around it though.
• Simaris says nothing when I bump into it despite me scanning the map the entire time.
• No one else in my public squad can scan it either.
• I jump off the map, and suddenly, Simaris says "That's it! It'll be a perfect specimen."
• Can now scan and capture.
