possible, the tweet is probably referring to the war in Ukraine but perhaps they re-evaluated warframes name in response to real world war

Real talk though: That would be AWESOME. Imagine a mobile companion game to warframe focusing on the story of a tenno faction operative. Your goal is to get resources, which can then be "Deposited" and collected by your tenno. Eximus can be SRR variants of any unit (with the ability to turn any full limit broken, maxed out unit into an eximus) with say Elite versions and special types ( the kind you can mercy) starting at SR. You could even make it similar in terms of gameplay to something like Honkai Impact to better suit the warframe theme.  
Like imagine every faction enemy AND creature is available; Royal crondrok eximus! Predacyte eximus! Smeeta Kavat eximus! Fun stuff. 

Then you can also add a special mobile-only resource that speeds up the foundry by 1 minute.
