Transference issue when connected to hosts at >200ms ping

(wasn't sure if operators still counted as spoilers but added it just in case)

When playing while connected to a host that is greater than 200ms ping, transference from operator to warframe (and vice versa) will cause the screen (maybe camera) to do that weird effect for a split second before returning back to normal. In this video, my connection to the host is ~500ms but it also happens when connected to hosts at 200ms or higher. This issue rarely happens when connected to hosts below 100ms ping.

The issue happens at 0:07 , 0:10 , 0:13 (video linked below)

Also wanted to mention that the Protovyre Apex Ephemera sometimes goes missing during a mission for operator. It stays equipped for the warframe, but when the operator pops out, you can see that at the first transference, it is there, but at the 3rd transference, it is not on my operator anymore. This also happens when in public places (i.e. Cetus, Necralisk, Fortuna, etc.). I wasn't sure if to make this a separate issue or if to make a new topic about it. They seem to both happen when I'm not the host but this ephemera bug seems to happen even if I have <100ms ping.

 

Other info: PC platform, Warframe 31.5 (Steam version)
