Protovyre leg plate not evolving

I bought the shoulder plates then 2 days later or so I bought the leg plates because I wanted to buy them individual but I can’t evolve the leg plates can anyone help me understand why?

The same thing happened to me, I evolved the chest to the maximum and when I bought the shoulder pads and leg plates they stayed at 95/95 and after killing sentients didn't change. I have seen this happen to MANY people and I hope they come up with a solution soon
