Gara's Splinter Storm damage reduction is bugged, or the UI is.

Gara's Splinter Storm damage reduction jumps from 90%, straight to 50% when going to Operator, and switching back to Warframe. i don't know if it's only a UI bug or if the actually damage reduction changes.
