Advice on Cedo

Just got myself Cedo last night, its currently being built in the foundry and will be ready for me when I'm home. 

Is the weapon still decent after the recent changes ?

What Warframes compliment the gun ? I currently main ember prime. But happy to farm for anything.

What mods are a must, which are fairly easy to aquire for a returning player?

It is Lavos's signature weapon and it's absolutely amazing and powerful with him

I do not use it for any specific frame. But if you have a frame that stacks different status procs that would increase damage on your Cedo. I built mine for crit and use alt fire to status proc enemies before killing them. Good mods are the galvanized mods and prime mods. And get either primary merciless arcane or primary deadhead.
