New War characters disappearing in cutscenes

During a replay of the New War, I encountered a pretty immersion-shattering bug where models of certain characters during cutscenes were completely invisible. This happened twice, but I'm not sure if other scenes could bug out in the same way. The scenes where it occured for me will be below in a spoiler tag.

Spoiler

First, in the Zariman scene where the Operator meets the Man in the Wall, the Man in the Wall was completely invisible. My operator was talking to an actual wall (presumably the man was inside it?) When they extend Natah's hand for the deal, Natah's hand is the only thing that is visible.

Second, in the scene where the Operator meets the Drifter in the dormizone, the Drifter was completely invisible. The chopsticks they carry and the cup they drink from remained visible.
