Subsumed Silence and Ash's 4th ability

I was farming the Zariman bounty's for Gyre part's and noticed while using one of my Ash build's that I subsumed silence on is making the holo-kids not move while active at all as if they are being staggered by the silence ability. As for Ash's 4th it seems to be only counting for 1 kill even though I have 10 plus target's marked during a exterminate bounty. All was done solo even though the tag says matchmaking I couldn't see missions so I chose that instead.
