Xbox Controller on PC Sensitivity Bug as Well as certain controls not working

As noted in the title the sensitivities are linked to mouse and keyboard, which is really awkward, and multiple missing controls include

• Railjack tactical weapon
• Archwing Boost 
• A lot for New War noted in other posts

Also not a bug but almost necessary QOL change would be separate sensitivity for x vs y axis on controller. It makes aiming near impossible, or you lack any sort of turning mobility. I took a break from this game about 18 months ago and these problems did not exist, and with the sense being linked to controller it seemed to handle a difference in x/y axis sense better
