Visual bug on Drifter with Umbra Blindfold and Drifter cut 037

When playing as the Drifter, going in to edit appearance, there is a visual bug that appears when using the Umbra Blindfold and the Drifter cut 037.

The bug appears like streaks of red light hovering over the blindfold and the hair respectively.
