Vallis Spelunker Trophy/ Achievement not unlocking

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes, many other players on pretty much every platform from what I can tell have had an issue with unlocking “Vallis Spelunker” Trophy/ Achievement and it has been an ongoing issue since launch. Many players are stuck on 29/30 or something similar and believe this needs resolving.

EDIT: I have since unlocked this trophy by means of joining another persons game when they are host and rediscovered all the caves and it popped, it’s a strange work around but it could be worth a try!
