Azure shard 150 health vs 5/sec regen

Hi! If you were to add all health shards, which one is better in general? I’ve chosen regen and seems pretty good, but maybe the fixed amount is better? Not taking into account abilities or other methods of health regen. Thanks and hope you all have a nice weekend.

Generally, flat health, its not much but enough to help withstand against environmental hazards like gas vents on corpus city. And then just use magus elevate for health regen.

With one major exception, that being Garuda and bloodletting where even a little health regen=energy via bloodletting. 

Energy max bonus is generally better than either of those two options though.

Yah, seems a lot of people are picking the flat health over the percentage, will try that instead and thanks for the Garuda tip, always good to know.
