Trumna grenades do not explode and get stuck when hitting water on earth tiles

So I found out while I was grinding cryotic that the trumna grenades bug out on hitting the water on earth tiles, they don't explode and just sort of sit there in the water until they despawn.
 

I don't think its a very important bug since not a lot of people would be using trumna on earth missions rn but I figured i'd report it all the same.
