Challenge progress for new challenges that have no place to view in PS4

Hi All,

I've been getting challenges pop up on my screen that are neither in the PS4 challenge list, not in nightwave, and don't appear when I press 'options' and go to 'challenges'.

For example: "Reach Rank 30 with any two Heavy Axe, Heavy Hammer, or Heavy Sword weapons." was the latest one that I 'completed'.  I can't seem to find that challenge anywhere.  And funny enough, given that I'm LR1 and ranked up almost every weapon in the game, I would have completed that already long ago :).  There were others like collect 1000 mods for example, Rank a single weapon up to rank 2, rank a weapon to rank 10, and others that I've been seeing make progress on the screen - that I would have already done long ago, but can't find in any list. 

Perhaps this has something to do with crossplay?  I'm not sure.  I just want to know at least if this is a bug or legit - and if legit, where can I see these challenges to finish them all?
