Steel Path - did I get screwed?

I completed the SP Kuva fortress assault mission this AM solo. Pretty proud of myself BTW. But, during mission, two acolytes came. One during the three encrypted panels, and another while defending the console after getting the three keys. At end of mission I was excited to see what two arcanes I would get and I only got one and 7 SPEs, not 9! I'm 10000000% sure I had two acolytes. Do you only get rewards for the first?

Did you pickup the loot from both? Do you have vacuum, or perhaps your companion died? Are you sure they were both acolytes?

Edit: as mentioned above, one wasn't an acolyte.

It's funny to get random Dreads. Once upon a time, it felt so ominous and terrifying when the Stalker materialized in your mission. Then you get to the point where, like OP, you kill him so quickly and easily, you literally don't even notice that he appears.
