The former. It's added with Point Strike (and stats like it), so with both Point Strike and max Critical Surge you'd have +400% Crit Chance from your mods (5x). That's then what's applied to your weapon's base Crit Chance to determine your final Crit Chance. With a base 20% Crit Chance on your weapon that'd be 100% total Crit Chance after everything was applied (0.2 × (1.0 + 1.5 + 2.5)). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
