Players don't understand how Railjack works

When a railjack mission is over and it's time to choose either another mission or dry dock/relay, a very strange phenomenon happens. If players in the squad want to leave to dry dock, but the host or another player starts a new railjack mission, the player will leave right then and there literally moments before the mission success screen. I've seen so many players of all MR's do this.. players need to know to wait for the end mission success screen, then they can just leave right as the new mission begins and they keep their stuff and the game even counts it as a mission success. Players actually don't realize this and I've personally witnessed dozens of players miss out on rewards because they for some reason leave seconds too early. So just spreading the word so players stop losing rewards.

I think a prompt pops up to warn them about aborting before mission completion.
