Terrible performance when hosting a 4 man squad

As the title says, I got my fps capped at 143(nvdia panel) and I usually stay in that range(110-143) when playing the game when I join a squad. But when I'm hosting, when that 4th member joins I barely go above 100-110 and game dips to low 80's or 70's at times and the game feels extremely chopyy, as if it is running sub 60 fps. If the squad is 2-3 players then I hardly feel performance degration.
