Solaurus
Two things that need changing: 1: A weapon's proc should be determined by what type of weapon it is. Sniper's should have a high proc chance since they are single shot and sniper rifle's tend to have larger rounds/shots/lasers/whatever. Auto Rifles should have a slightly low but not too low proc chance, shotguns should have a medium prov chance, and so on. 2: Proc mods need to ADD percentage, not take a percentage of the weapon's current proc and add that. I fully upgraded the proc mod for my Dual Ichors and was greeted with an 11.06% proc chance... from 10. If I'm not mistaken, the value on the mod is 15% at full. Why not add this 15% to the 10% the Dual Ichor's already had?
Casardis
Especially since Melee is already risky to use, it should have much higher Proc compared to weapons, and higher Proc percentage mods too. In terms of gameplay, it would make sense that Melee are high risk/high reward.

A1CZERO
I disagree that mods should add a set amount of proc chance seperate from the weapon's base chance though I do agree the amount the mods currently give is really low.
