Slurmageddon
Adding a percentage of a percentage is just not enough of a difference when trying to mod up a weapon to have a particular build. The difference felt by using them just isn't worth the mod slot. For instance: I have a skana prime with base status% of 10. (Note: most weapons seem to have a status% of 5-10 as an average) I use a somewhat levelled up melee status% mod and add 10% status%. Know what the result is ? My status% goes up to 11. the chance of actually feeling the benefit of that mod is ONE percent. even less on a lot of other weapons Like I said, we're dealing in percentages of percentages and its just underwhelmingly low. The percentage offered by these mods really should be either buffed up a lot, or maybe make them additive. so that adding that mod and using up one of my 8 mod slots for the weapon netted me a status% of 20. 10% base + 10% from the mod. Which is still not really that high but would actually be a noticeable difference. Edited November 22, 2013 by Santaphrax

ValhaHazred
They should be at least 100% at max, maybe as much as 200% provided the staus chance stays as low as they are right now.
