Bug causing me to lose access to the ability to interact with anything because I’m being spammed with ammo pickups

So, this issue has been happening since duviri came out, I’m not sure if that was what caused it or if it was just a coincidence but since then every mission has had the same problem. At some point in the mission a bunch of ammo pickups will start following me around and preventing me from being able to interact with anything. I can’t interact with spectres, terminals, other resources, mobile defence things (can’t remember the name of the thing you have to pickup and take to the terminals), and more. It’s becoming a major problem and I can’t escape the ammo pickups. Through testing when it does and doesn’t happen, I narrowed it down to my companions presence. So I checked and I think the mod “fetch” is what’s causing this issue. It’s the only thing I can think of that could be responsible for this as it only happens when my companion is equipped. update: I was wrong apparently. I have unequipped my companion but the issue persists so I actually have literally no idea whatsoever as to what’s causing this bug. All I know is that it’s still happening even without my companion being equipped and therefore it must not be the fetch mod as I originally thought
