Casardis Posted November 22, 2013 Share Posted November 22, 2013 (edited) Go to Market > Equipment > Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see "Orokin Derelict" missions. Buy one of them (except Assassination, you need Golem Navs to build that one, which are navs found in derelict). Go to Foundry after buying the blueprint and build it. You need 5 navs + a few materials and credits for that. Wait 1 minute, claim it, and it will be among your keys on the top right "key" menu.
