Low sound output

The sound system of the game is very low compared to other games I play. I can barely hear when I launch warframe and also during the gameplay. I cant hear much of gun or sword sound even. I am using the same 50% pc volume settings for other game such as horizon zero dawn or battlefield 1 where and I can hear so clearly or loudly that I will have to reduce it to 40% of my pc volume setting.

I have double checked the warframe in game volume and its all at 100%. So it really shocks me. I have tried install and uninstall and also checked and verified the game file. 

Another thing I tried is that installing warframe in my old laptop and launch it, and it sounds loud enough just like other games. So I really cannot understand how the same game give out different volume output with the same pc volume settings.
